Benefits Navigator

Job Summary: The Benefits Navigator is a key part of Southside's Housing Stability Team. This role includes being trained on the various benefits available to clients, assist them with applications, and provide follow-up support. This grant-funded position aims to enroll 450 Hays County resident families in at least one benefit over the course of three years.
