Southside Community Center helps people in need who reside in Hays County with rent, utilities, and long term housing assistance.

To receive assistance, please complete this form in its entirety. After completion, you will be sent to our online scheduler to make an appointment with one of our case managers.

Please note: Our appointments are often booked 2 weeks out. If you cannot make an appointment, please reschedule with us ASAP so we can open the slot for another client. Do not attempt to make multiple appointments—one is sufficient.
