Sunday: Arrive in San Marcos at the dorms between 6:00 and 9:00 pm for check-in.The Southside camp director will meet you at the dorms to welcome you, give you more information and directions, and take your consent forms and your group’s balance in the form of money order or check.The dorm staff will give you your room keys at the front desk.You have the night free to settle in, and you buy your own dinner that night.

Free-time for your group to do anything you’d like once you leave the worksite at 4:15 – Many groups explore Austin or San Antonio, or go out in San Marcos Tuesday night – If you don’t eat at Southside, you pay for that dinner separately

3:00 pm– 3:45 pm– Change into swimsuits at the dorms
3:45 pm – Follow the director from the dorms to the river
4:00 pm – 6:00 pm – Float the San MarcosRiver
Bring a cover-up and towel, because depending on the speed of the river and how long you want to stay and play, you may go straight from the river to dinner

Schlitterbahn opens at 10 am, so you’ll go straight from breakfast to New Braunfels – so come in or with your swimsuits.Schlitterbahn tickets are already included in the cost of the camp.Some churches leave for home Friday night, but most stay until Saturday morning.Either way, the cost of the dorms for Friday night is included in the cost of camp.
